Refund policy

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

  • For any international customers outside of Kuwait, please note that any costs associated with shipping the returned item is at the expense of the customer.
  • We do not cover any customs or shipping costs incurred for return items, and take no responsibility for loss of items being returned. 
  • We recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number to prove that the package was sent in case it gets lost in mail.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

1. Click here to REQUEST A RETURN and follow the instructions.

2. Log in to your account and enter your email address, and then click continue.

3. Go to your email inbox, open the email sent from Baby Avenue and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Then go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Click Request return.

5. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
In line with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept refund or exchanges of the following products:

  • Products that are personalised

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return. 
You will receive a refund automatically on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If you paid with a gift card or voucher, you will receive your refund as a credit note.
