RETURN POLICY

You can return your products within 14 days of receipt by emailing us at: hello@baby-avenue.com 

You will receive a refund excluding charged shipping and delivery costs. 

If you wish to exchange or return an item, the following conditions must be met:  

  • The item must be unused and with its original packaging. 
  • The item must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition.  
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, stains, damage or smell of perfumes or smoke. 
  • Show the relevant invoice. 
  • For gifts: the original invoice or an order number is required for gifts. 

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer on the customer’s expense. 

For domestic (Kuwait) orders: we can collect the items for free. 

For international orders: we do not cover return shipping costs and take no responsibility for loss of items being returned. We therefore recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number to prove that the package was sent in case it gets lost in mail.   

Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days of your returns being received. 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

In line with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of the following products:  

  • Teethers and pacifiers 
  • Underwear 
  • Swimwear 
  • Lingerie 
  • Fragrances 
  • Health & beauty (such as skincare, make-up & cosmetics)  
  • Products that are personalised

We will always send you an email to confirm that we have received the item after you have submitted a complaint and sent it to us.  

COMPLAINTS AND MALFUCTIONS 

If an item is damaged during shipping or there is a malfunction with the product, please let us know within 24 hours of reception. Kindly contact us at hello@baby-avenue.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  

We always check the item before sending it, but sometimes unforeseen events can occur, or the item may have a manufacturing defect.  

How do I proceed with a complaint? 

Send us an email with a description of the problem and attach at least two photos before returning the product. One photo zooming in on the error and one photo of the whole item. We will then assess your case as soon as possible. 

Contact us at hello@baby-avenue.com before returning items in order for us to assess the condition of the item(s) and correct the problem.
